With a strong foundation in therapeutic and prenatal massage, I provide nurturing, hands-on care that promotes comfort and reduces tension/fear. This work has deepened my understanding of the pregnant body and beautifully complements my role as a birth doula.

Having walked through postpartum challenges myself, I’m passionate about supporting moms during the fourth trimester with empathy, care, and faith.
