Bio: I’m Vio, a Latina full-spectrum birth doula and certified HypnoBirthing® educator serving the North Houston area. I specialize in supporting Spanish-speaking and bilingual families, as well as anyone seeking a mindful and holistic approach to birth and parenthood.
My work combines evidence-based doula care with the transformative tools of HypnoBirthing and the principles of ontological coaching. This unique blend allows me to guide parents not only through the physical journey of birth, but also through the mental and emotional transformation that comes with it.
I believe that giving birth and becoming a parent is as much a mental and spiritual experience as it is a physical one. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you work through thoughts and beliefs that may bring fear or doubt, and guiding you back to a place of love, confidence, and calm. When we prepare the mind and heart, the body follows, and that is when birth becomes an empowering and joyful experience.
