Postpartum Group
Postpartum Group
On the first Tuesday of every month at 10am, we will be at Fount Chiropractic hosting this new Postpartum Mom's Group.
This space is being created with one simple belief: postpartum is meant to be held.
Our monthly gathering is centered on the postpartum season — supporting new mothers while gently preparing pregnant moms for what comes after birth. This isn’t a class or a checklist. It’s a place to land, to be heard, and to feel supported in a season that can feel both beautiful and tender.
Our first gathering will be a listening circle. We want to hear from you — your questions, your needs, and the kind of support that would make postpartum feel a little softer. Together, we’ll shape future gatherings around what mothers truly want and need.
Come pregnant. Come postpartum. Come just as you are.
You don’t have to do this alone.
