Bio: Emili is the owner of Chara Holistic Services and a dedicated birth and postpartum doula who is passionate about supporting families through every stage of the perinatal period. With a background in mental health, she brings a calm, grounded, and person-centered approach to her work, meeting each family exactly where they are.
Emili believes that you are the expert on your family. Her role is not to direct, but to support - offering evidence-based information, emotional presence, and practical care so parents can make informed, confident decisions that feel right for them. She values both preparation and adaptability, recognizing that birth and postpartum rarely unfold exactly as planned, and that steady, compassionate support makes all the difference.
Through her work, Emili creates a space where families feel safe, heard, and empowered. Whether providing hands-on postpartum care or continuous labor support, her goal is to help parents build confidence in themselves so they can continue their journey feeling secure long after her time with them ends.
