Bio: I love being a part of the birth community! We have so much more to give these days to better the outcome of birth and postpartum.
After having my own 3 babies, with no medication and no interventions, my love for education and hands on tools grew.
I started as a childbirth educator 10 years ago while homeschooling my kids. It became much more than a side job and grew into helping families postpartum. After suffering with postpartum depression myself, I read that having postpartum help lowers the risk of depression so that brought me to this place of serving families.
I love seeing mamas transition with a newborn with grace and peace as they have freedom to ask all the questions about babies and breastfeeding, nap and shower while I am there, nourish their bodies with healing foods and Mandi Bunga Herb Bath, and provide ample opportunity for self care through placenta encapsulation, Benkgung Belly Binding and Massage therapy.
As research keeps improving so do my services. I love talking about birth and babies!!!
