With a strong foundation in therapeutic and prenatal massage, I provide nurturing, hands-on care that promotes comfort and reduces tension/fear. This work has deepened my understanding of the pregnant body and beautifully complements my role as a birth doula.

My heart has always been drawn to motherhood, and after nearly a decade in healthcare, I found my true calling as a doula. My journey began after the birth of my second son, leading me to become a certified birth doula in 2021 and a certified postpartum doula in 2024. Having walked through postpartum challenges myself, I’m passionate about supporting moms during the fourth trimester with empathy, care, and faith.
