Deaf/ASL friendly | Tania has been preparing birthing couples since 2013. Unhappy with the support she received during her first birth, her sister encouraged her to take an independent childbirth class. Her second birth was healing and her third birth was empowering. This started her passion for safe, natural when possible, and empowering birth. She has since become trained in Spinning Babies, Rebozo use during labor, Neonatal Resuscitation, and Bengkung belly binding. She has taught over 350 couples and attended ~50 births, either as doula support or as a midwife birth assistant.

I am a doctor from Monterrey, Mexico, with a degree from UANL, specializing in Nutrition and Breastfeeding. As a mother of two boys, whom I breastfed for over a year, I developed a deep passion for breastfeeding. This passion led me to earn my IBCLC credentials. My goal is to offer lactation education classes and provide breastfeeding support to mothers, helping them achieve their breastfeeding goals.

She provides education and support for Infant feeding, oral function, BabyMyo®️, TummyTime!®️ Method and whole body development for precrawling babies and their families. She has expertise with oral restrictions (tongue, lip and buccal ties) and using BabyMyo®️ to optimize oral feeding and nursing abilities. Andrea has also taken 200+ hours of training in CranioSacral Therapy and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (Gillespie Approach), to be able to include manual therapy in her holistic approach.
