Join us for RESTORE — A Motherhood Conference, a day dedicated to helping moms feel supported, encouraged, and restored — through inspiring speakers, expert-led panels, hands-on breakout sessions, and meaningful connection with the local providers and brands who show up for them.

Vendor Setup: Begins at 10:30 AM
Tear Down Complete by: 5:30 PM

What to Expect
RESTORE brings moms together for a full day of connection and community — and vendors are woven into the heart of it, not tucked off to the side. With two dedicated "coffee connect" breaks built into the schedule specifically for visiting vendor tables, plus doors opening early for connection before the event begins, your booth gets sustained, intentional foot traffic throughout the day — not just a rushed pass-through.
Vendor Highlights Include:
Coffee breaks & vendor connection built directly into the event schedule
Local pregnancy, postpartum, and family-focused providers and brands
8 ft booth spaces (vendors must bring their own table and chairs)
Grab bags for attendees featuring gifts, discounts, and informational materials
Contributions for grab bags are due one week prior to the event
Vendor marketing folders provided to support promotion of the event across your platforms
Attendee Engagement Opportunities
Pre-event lunch mingle to connect with moms.
Two dedicated "coffee connect" breaks encouraging attendees to visit and engage with vendor booths
Marketing & Promotion
RESTORE will be promoted through:
Printed flyers
Social media advertising
Facebook group promotions
Strategic brand partnerships
Directory Member Benefits

Membership must begin 3 months before the conference and be active at the time of the event for a complimentary table
