NHBP Directory Member - You have had a NHBP directory membership for at least three months at the date of Birth & Beyond

Community Member - All other contributing vendors

Join us for Birth & Beyond, a thoughtfully curated spring birth fair connecting expecting and growing families with trusted local providers, brands, and resources across the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum continuum.

Event Details:
Sunday, May 3rd
Event Hours: 1:00–3:30 PM
Vendor Setup: Begins at 12:00 PM
Tear Down Complete by: 4:00 PM

What to Expect
This event is designed to create meaningful connections between families and professionals who support them during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Vendors and providers will benefit from intentional foot traffic, interactive engagement, and strategic marketing leading up to the event.

Vendor Highlights Include:

  • Coffee cart & boutique shopping experiences

  • Local bump, baby, and family-focused providers

  • 8 ft booth spaces (vendors must bring their own table)

  • Grab bags for attendees featuring gifts, discounts, and informational materials

    • Contributions for grab bags are due one week prior to the event

  • Vendor marketing folders provided to support promotion of the event across your platforms

Attendee Engagement Opportunities

  • Vendor Bingo Cards: Attendees will visit booths to complete their card and receive a gift upon completion

  • Workshops: Reach out to Katie & Brittany to get your workshop approved & booked!

    • Held every 20 minutes

    • 15-minute sessions

    • Begin at 1:20 PM and run through 3:20 PM

    • A full workshop schedule will be printed on the back of the bingo cards

Marketing & Promotion
The Birth & Beyond Spring Birth Fair will be promoted through:

  • Printed flyers

  • Social media advertising

  • Facebook group promotions

  • Strategic brand partnerships

Directory Member Benefits

  • North Houston Birth Professionals Directory members receive free vendor tickets

  • Membership must begin 3 months before the fair and be active at the time of the birth fair for a complimentary table
