Bio: Hi, I’m Roiah, a birth and postpartum holistic doula based in Houston, Texas. I have a deep passion for supporting women and birthing people through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum transitions. My interest in this work grew from a desire to understand the female reproductive system not only physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. I know that the journey into motherhood can sometimes bring fear, trauma, or unspoken experiences, and I believe every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued.

I see my role as a doula as being both an advocate and a compassionate presence, helping families reconnect with their inner strength and intuition. I am called to be a voice for women, guiding them through this sacred time and ensuring their experiences are honored. Through my care, I aim to create a safe space where healing, empowerment, and wellness are at the center.

At ICARE Wellness Center, my mission is to restore power to women and birthing people through sacred care, body healing, and generational wellness one breath, one birth, and one legacy at a time. I would be honored to walk with you on this transformative journey, supporting you every step of the way.
