Bio: Hi, I’m Micaela — the founder of Sleepy Bee Co. and a certified pediatric sleep consultant with a passion for helping families find calm in the chaos of early parenthood.
I specialize in working with babies and toddlers from 4 months to 4 years old, guiding parents through the ups and downs of sleep with science-backed strategies and a supportive approach. I believe sleep doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful — it just takes the right plan, a little patience, and someone in your corner.
Sleepy Bee Co. was born out of a desire to give parents real, effective solutions without judgment or fluff. Whether you’re dealing with nap struggles, bedtime battles, or early morning wake-ups, I’m here to help you build routines that actually work for your family.
When I’m not helping little ones get the rest they need, you can find me soaking up time with my own family, sipping on a Coke Zero, or loving on my three (very spoiled) dogs.
