Bio: You give so much of yourself to your family—but who’s taking care of you?
Motherhood can bring joy, love, and purpose—but it can also feel heavy, lonely, and overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, adjusting to life postpartum, or years into motherhood and feeling the weight of it all—this space is for you.
I specialize in working with moms through perinatal and postnatal experiences, as well as those stuck in patterns of anxiety, burnout, relationship conflicts with partners, or are looking for direction and ideas for helpful parenting. Maybe you’re constantly worrying, trying to salvage your relationship on top of motherhood, comparing yourself to others, or wondering if you’re doing "enough" (let me tell you right now, you are!). Maybe you’ve lost touch with who you are outside of motherhood.
In our work together, we’ll slow things down so you can reconnect—with yourself, your needs, and your worth. I offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you can be honest, feel seen, and begin to heal. You deserve more than just surviving. You deserve to feel like you again. I would love to work with you to heal the beliefs that are weighing you down in motherhood.
Let’s take that first step together.
