Bio: I am a birth-focused mental health professional with a background in neurobiology and specialized training in perinatal wellness, trauma, and reproductive mental health. I earned my B.S. in Neurobiology from The University of Texas at Austin and my M.S. in Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am a Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C) provider through Postpartum Support International, have completed EMDR training, and am a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), where I have also completed specialized infertility training.
I am an LPC-Associate in the state of Texas, supervised by Victoria Mercado, MS, LPC-S, RYT-200. I work with individuals and couples navigating pregnancy and postpartum challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, and birth trauma. My practice also supports clients experiencing infertility and pregnancy loss, general trauma, and hormonally related mood changes such as PMDD and menopause. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-informed care that helps clients feel grounded, supported, and empowered throughout their reproductive journey.
